Retry the same flow with a single page document first.
For purchase restore, confirm the same Apple ID is being used.

Purchase Restore

If you already purchased Submit PDF Pro, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
